How do I determine my correct size?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. We recommend taking your measurements with a professional tailor or following our 'How to Measure' video to ensure the perfect fit for our couture silhouettes.
What is the typical production time for an order?
As most of our pieces are handcrafted to order, production typically takes between 4 to 8 weeks. For urgent requests, please contact our concierge team to discuss 'Ready to Ship' options or express processing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, DAMA Couture ships worldwide via premium couriers like DHL and FedEx. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
What is your return policy for evening and bridal wear?
Standard size items in original condition with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer flexible payment installations through Klarna and Affirm in select regions.
Can I request customizations to an existing design?
